WARRANTY

EzyFit Shutters are designed and built to provide you with many years of customer satisfaction.

Every EzyFit Shutter order is guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of the original purchase excluding paint finish that has a three (3) year warranty and hardware has five (5) years.

The warranty is in place subject to the recommended regular maintenance being carried out as per below -

Regular care maintenance is required. We suggest :

1. Dusting with a soft dry duster on a regular basis.
2. Cleaning any fingerprints or marks with a damp cloth and if necessary, a mild detergent
3. DO NOT use any harsh chemicals or abrasives.
4. DO NOT use any Ammonia based cleaners.

This warranty does not cover accident, abuse, misuse or negligence to the shutters.

• Our warranty does not include the costs relating to transporting, removal, reinstallation or any labour.

• Warranty will only apply if goods have been paid for in full.

As all our products are custom made, they can not be changed or cancelled after manufacture has begun or additional costs will be payable.

Colour fastness of the paint will vary depending on the direction to sunlight and UV.

**PRO RATA – If any of our shutters have a defect before the end of the warranty period, they will be repaired, however, only for the amount based on a cost that depends on the age of the shutters at the time of defect reported.
